222,000ft warehouse gets a signage makeover
ICP Logistics are a leading 4PL logistics operator across Europe.
We have worked previously with ICP on two large projects so we were delighted when they invited us to work with them on this new project of signage for their new 222,000 ft warehouse.
Having carried out an extensive survey of the premises, we were asked to come up with ideas of internal and external signage to work across their new premises while also looking at suitable signage solutions for all of the racking systems.
We were involved with the planning for the signage specification and warehouse branding concepts as well as the production and installation of both internal and external signs. Signs Express not only provided the ideas but also the full project management for the delivery and installation of the various signs at different stages of the project.
Our scope of work included two very large external 3D signs with the ICS logo, the branding for the internal spaces including the reception, the offices, the meeting room spaces and all the warehouse racking signage.
Externally we installed aluminium post and panel signs for the road side, while internal signage included wall vinyls, PVC panels for the racking, acrylic letters and etched glass film
The project involved Installing large signs at height on uneven ground which is challenging. We used spreader mats to distribute weight on uneven ground when fitting at high level.
Part of our brief from ICP was to deliver value for money with durable signs that would look good and last but were not going to be overly expensive. We were able to delivery exactly that and all while warehouse also being readied at the same time. The project was delivery on time to an exceptional standard.
