Our Work
Industrial signage solutions for DISPAK
Signs Express Bath & Swindon have been working with specialist packaging supplier DISPAK to deliver a full range of signage across their industrial facility in Calne. From large scale illuminated outdoor letters and printed mirrored tramlines for their warehouse and loading bay facilities to vehicle graphics, we have built a strong working relationship to deliver their vision.
How did it start?
DISPAK originally got in touch with us in 2023 to discuss refurbishment and upgrade of an existing industrial facility in Calne. In the first phase we delivered and installed all of the external wayfinding and directional signage to the perimeter fencing and on high level panel and posts to enable large trucks and lorries to see clearly from a distance.
Phase 2
For phase 2 we worked with DISPAK to develop both west and south elevation large scale illuminated signs. The west elevation illuminated sign consisted of a 5.7m wide x 1.7m high face illuminated built up letter logo with the south elevation sign matching at a slightly smaller size of 4.6m wide.
Phase 3
In phase 3 we provided a variety of internal signage including office and warehouse door signs in high end brushed stainless steel with black inlay letters and logo and 8mm acrylic meeting room signage.
Phase 4
For phase 4, we worked closely with DISPAK to understand their warehouse and loading bay requirements and provided mirrored tram lines in a high performance Polar Grip vinyl with a scuff-resistant, textured matte finish protective laminate to signpost their forklift zone, person walkways, loading zones, fire exit locations and No Unauthorised Access areas.
Phase 5 & Beyond
In phase 5 we further supported DISPAK in their brand identity by providing vehicle graphics for their IVECO Daily Van and colour matching the RAL colour of Anthracite Grey to the client specifications.
The most recent phase of our signage provision will see us provide and install premium specification solar control window film to the external windows of their offices. The 3M film we recommended is specifically designed to reduce solar heat gain and resolve the problem of glare. After initially discussing this project over the winter months, we advised the client to wait until the weather had cleared to meet the recommended specification fitting temperature after which our PASMA qualified fitting team will deep cleaned, chemically prepared and installed the film across 28 windows.
What were the results?
“Thanks for doing our van graphics yesterday, these look good!” and “Your guys did a good job last week the gate signs etc. look good!”
We love working with our repeat clients and seeing their signage come together.
