Our Work
A sign worth caring about in Blackpool
BBC’s most popular building series, DIY SOS, were in Blackpool on a project on behalf of BBC Children in Need. Beaverbrooks House in Blackpool (formerly Blenheim House), is owned by Blackpool Carers Centre, a charity which receives BBC Children in Need funding to provide out-of-school respite and training activities as well as peer support for young carers.
Signs Express (Central Lancashire) were one of over 250 supporters donating materials, resources and time, the building was transformed from a run-down, neglected Victorian house, into an inspiring and homely base for young carers. The team at Signs Express (Central Lancashire) designed, manufactured and installed the large triangular totem sign on the outside of the building to give their centre some great prominence. The use of totem signs guarantees maximum visual impact for your business and presents important brand and business information which can be seen from the road. Ben Hall, Signs Express (Central Lancashire) owner says: “We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of this project and were honoured to be asked to help. I am very proud of the team who worked on the sign, they did a fantastic job”.
