When they worked with Nottingham High School on their new external signage, the brief was that the new signage needed to incorporate a system which allowed for one-off events to be promoted, whilst not making the signs look cheap or go out-of-date quickly. The bottom panel has a frame, into which you can slide a flat 3mm thick aluminium composite panel which enables key messages to be promoted throughout the year, for example open days, events, website or directional. This system looks much more professional than conventional banners. The slide in/slide out panel is easy to change and maintain, and in the long run, the system creates less wastage than a one-off banner which is then discarded.
