Leeds College of Music

The college had been working with a design company on their re-branding and were looking for a stunning sign which would be eye catching and impactful. The Leeds sign makers saw this as an opportunity to make something very special and set to work on a design after discussing the brief and understanding their client's needs. In order to meet budget, whilst still producing a unique sign, Signs Express (Leeds) needed to think creatively and came up with the idea of fixing a circular flexbox flat to the building with blue LED's around the outside. The college was delighted with the idea and ordered four signs rather than the original two for maximum impact from their signage. The result is as required, eye catching and impactful signage which looks fantastic both during the day and at night. The college is also considering a further two signs on another face of the building. Leeds College of Music, based on Quarry Hill, provides courses in Classical, Jazz, Popular Music and Music Production and also offers a wide range of concerts and other events in two concert halls along with many other venues in the city and beyond. Signs Express (Leeds) opened the doors of their large, modern Leeds sign making centre in December 2003. The team work with a variety of customers, covering areas in and around Leeds such as Garforth, Rothwell, Morley, Horsforth, Otley and Tadcaster.
