The team at Signs Express (Harlow) are proud to be awarded the 2019 Harlow Business Award for Outstanding Customer Care & Service at the eighth Heart 4 Harlow Awards Dinner.
The awards are unusual in that both Harlow District Chamber of Commerce business awards and Heart 4 Harlow community awards are celebrated collectively at this annual event at the Manor of Groves Hotel in Sawbridgeworth. Most of the Signs Express team attended the awards evening, alongside representatives from the Harlow business community, Harlow Council, Harlow College, numerous community groups and Harlow's MP Robert Halfon. The award, sponsored by London Stansted Airport, was presented to Paul Heywood, Director of Signs Express (Harlow), in recognition of the great customer-focused care the company provide to their customers. "Whilst supplying signs and graphics is the core of our business, it is important prospective customers know they can rely on us to work alongside them to bring their vision to life. At the end of the day, it's the customer who ultimately pays the wages and it's important the whole team meets our customers' expectations. As 80% of our business comes from customers returning to us for their signage requirements, we must be doing something right!" Harlow is a town in West Essex that not only has a thriving business ethos, but it also has a caring community with many organisations and charities reaching out to the vulnerable. Heart 4 Harlow is a charity where the churches of Harlow partner together with the wider community for the good of Harlow and surrounding villages. Heart 4 Harlow chaplain, Robert Finlay, works tirelessly to bring together business, education and community groups fostering the spirit of the town to help realise Harlow's great future.
