On 4th July Cambridge woke up to a series of flags and high level banners to welcome The Tour de France celebrating excellence in education and cycling.
Cambridge Assessment commissioned Signs Express (Harlow) to undertake this time critical project requiring 6 metre banners and flags to be suspended from buildings in 3 locations around the town requiring completion out of hours, in time for this prestigious event. The banner sizes were 2500mm x 6700mm & 1600mm x 4000mm. With plenty of experience of working at height and holding formal IPAF accreditations to ensure safe working from high level access platforms, the installation team worked whilst Cambridge slept to meet their customer's deadline.
